Over the years Port's desire to wear its heritage 'prison bars' guernsey in a nod to its incredible SANFL history has drawn the ire of Collingwood, particularly former President Eddie McGuire.

But new leadership has brought a fresh collaborative approach between the two clubs in 2023.
